About
Eleven years of engineering quality into software that real businesses depend on — the past seven of them at ServiceNow, where I lead a team of five to six QE engineers across automation, performance, and platform-quality work.
My day-to-day sits at the intersection of automation craftsmanship and performance engineering — designing test frameworks, growing the automation suite, and using WebPageTest to keep ServiceNow's UI fast across major releases. I also engage directly with partners and customers, mentor newer engineers, and have shipped tooling on the ServiceNow platform itself.
Before ServiceNow I was an SDET at Winshuttle and a test engineer at Infosys — so the journey has been from manual testing, through automation, into framework design and platform-level quality strategy at IC4.
Certified SAFe 6.0 Agilist. Comfortable across Java, C#, JavaScript, Selenium, Playwright, REST Assured, and the assorted CI tooling that holds it all together. Outside work, I run an NGO, Let's Donate Smiles, focused on empowering underprivileged girls and women.
